Catz Sport Training

The Jr Thunderbirds have teamed up with CATZ Sports in order to give our athletes a competitive edge in all of our sports. We feel this is necessary to help out young athletes properly train and prevent injuries related to overuse or improper techniques. OVERUSE INJURY PREVENTION
CATZ training can help prevent the growing number of injuries
among youth athletes.

According to the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), about 50 percent of overuse injuries sustained by young athletes could be prevented if more emphasis was skills.
