The
Junior Thunderbirds are striving to become more successful
in the coming years through the great support we get from
our volunteer parents, coaches and board members.
Please
start thinking now about ways you can help. During the first
month of practice, we’ll be looking for volunteers
to help with concessions, dry goods, organizing uniforms,
etc. When game days come around, we need parents to assist
with the concession stand, chains, scoreboard, etc.
We
will also be holding several fundraisers during the season.
We have tentatively scheduled our Barbeque plate sales to
begin on July 28th, 2008 with orders due on Aug. 15th. We
are also working on finalizing our tagging dates.

portion of the your dine in proceeds we be donated to our
organization. If you are unable to pick up your equipment
at this time, please contact Football Athletic Director
Jeff Musgray or Assistant Football Director Joel Allen to
set up alternate times.

Open
Board Positions
We
have three open board positions at this time.
Parent Liaison – We’re looking
for a member at large who is willing to assist the board
with concessions and fundraising coordination.
Asst. Secretary – Duties include
helping the Secretary maintain rosters and team books.
Asst. Treasurer – Duties include
assisting the Treasurer in maintaining the books of the
organization.
