Jamboree I

The Jr. Thunderbirds will be hosting our 2nd Annual Jamboree I on Saturday August 22nd, 2009 .

Jamboree II

The Jr. Thunderbirds will be hosting our 2nd Annual Jamboree II on Saturday August 29th, 2009 .

Jamboree Format

The format will be the same as a scrimmage with the coaches having their choice on number of plays during their time frame of either 10-15 plays offense then 10-15 plays defense. Each team will have scrimmage for a 35-45 timeframe interval then rotate to the next field to play the next team on their schedule after a 15 to 25 minute break. The Senior Teams may have longer scrimmage intervals since not all of the clubs have Senior Teams.

Games will be played at:

San Antonio, TX 78244-3501

Arrival Time: teams may arrive at 10:45 am but gates will not be open for general admission until 11:30 am.

Parking is free and will be in the main lot in front of the stadium

Concessions: will be provided no outside food or drink allowed

Entry Fee $2.00 any person ages 4 years and older (teams must email list of coaches and volunteers so that they are not charged at gate)
